Funds Available to Help Homeowners Fix Up Their Homes

Need your roof or furnace replaced? North Bend homeowners with low to moderate income may be eligible for 0% funding for necessary home repairs.

King County Housing Repair Program provides assistance to homeowners for necessary health and safety, building preservation and energy-related repairs. They also provide funding for renters with a disability to make homes more accessible.

The funding is for repairs such as roof replacement, electrical repairs, installing a new septic system, furnace replacement and more. The maximum loan amount is $25,000 at 0% interest. There are no monthly payments and the loan is repaid at the time the home is sold or title transferred, the home is refinanced or is no longer used as your primary residence. King County also offers a Matching Funds Program and Grants for those who qualify.
