Travel Impacts for I-90 for June 29 Through July 8

Rock Blasting Schedule

• No rock blasting closures planned at this time.

North Bend Vicinity (mileposts 34 to 52)

• Friday, June 29 – Sunday, July 8 – Traffic is reduced to three lanes eastbound 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the Denny Creek area milepost 47 to the summit of Snoqualmie Pass milepost 52. Drivers need to plan for at least an hour of added travel time.

• Friday, June 29 – mid-August - The westbound lanes between milepost 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass and milepost 47 near the Denny Creek area are reduced to two lanes, with one lane shifted around the work zone as crews repair several bridge decks. This traffic shift will remain in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until mid-August. Drivers should plan for added travel time through this area.

• Monday, July 2 – Tuesday, July 3 – Maintenance crews will be making repairs to the roadway near North Bend at Exit 38 and near Denny Creek at Exit 42 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Traffic will be flagged through the interchange around the work zone.

Snoqualmie Pass Vicinity (mileposts 52 to 67)

• Monday, July 2 and Friday, July 6 - The eastbound and westbound lanes will be reduced to a single lane at night from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. the following day. Drivers may experience minor delays.

• Monday, July 2 – Tuesday, July 3 – Drivers may experience minor delays due to a westbound lane closure between Hyak and the summit of Snoqualmie Pass between 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Monday, July 2 and Friday, July 6 - Lane closures in both directions at night from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. the following morning. Drivers should plan for minor delays.
