City’s Sewer System

The city’s sewer system historically served a relatively small population close to the downtown area. The recent Utility Local Improvement District No. 6 expansion resulted in sewer service being extended into the Tanner and Truck Town areas. Approximately 2,370 residents are currently served by the city’s wastewater collection system.

An update to the Wastewater System Facilities Plan (PDF) was completed in November of 2017, and adopted by Ordinance 1654 at the February 6, 2018 City Council Meeting.
