Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank Only Offering Curbside Food Delivery Starting March 25th

Starting today, March 25th, Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank is now offering only curbside food delivery and will be open from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The food bank is located at 122 East 3rd Street, North Bend.

“Our staff and volunteers will greet you and deliver your food directly to your trunk,” said Nikki Lloyd, Executive Director for Snoqualmie Valley Foodbank. “Please pop your trunk for us or hand one of us your keys and we will open it. These measures will drastically decrease the touch points and potential exposure to germs for everyone involved.”

About Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank: The food bank plays a vital role in the work to end hunger in the Snoqualmie Valley. Each week, they rent a 26’ truck and a food bank volunteer drives to South Seattle and Kent to pick up food from their partner agencies, Food Lifeline and Northwest Harvest. They also partner with Eastside Baby Corner and local grocery stores. Volunteers rescue close-to-date perishable and non-perishable food items for distribution.
