Forwarded on behalf of Snoqualmie Valley Hospital
Snoqualmie Valley Hospital COVID-19 testing site reopened Tuesday, April 7th, as a drive-thru service and will be open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Testing is recommended only for those with current symptoms or a recent direct and unprotected exposure to a known positive case. SVH is located at 9801 Frontier Ave. SE, Snoqualmie.
Registration forms will be delivered to waiting cars closest to the entry tent. These forms will soon be posted on our website for optional download and completion prior to arrival at https://snoqualmiehospital.org/. Completed forms will be captured in a photo through a raised car door window along with insurance and ID cards to limit staff exposure.
Participants will be coached through the collection of their own nasal sample. Results will be available for review on our on-line portal three to seven business days after collection. Accounts will be created during the registration process.
NOTE: By order of King County Health Officer anyone who undergoes COVID-19 testing must quarantine at least until test results are known and longer if results detect the virus.
