HopeLInk

To honor the  impact of HopeLink across the Puget Sound region, Mayor McFarland joined the mayors of Bellevue, Bothell, Carnation, Duvall, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kent, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, Mercer Island, Redmond, Renton, Sammamish, Seattle, Shoreline, Skykomish, Snoqualmie and Woodinville to jointly proclaim April 21st HopeLink Day.

The joint proclamation honors the work of the HopeLink organization, that for five decades has served as a vital resource and beacon of hope for community members experiencing poverty and homelessness.

HopeLink currently serves 65,000 people each year, providing a network of services through nine programs that help families, children, seniors and those with disabilities gain stability and when possible, exit poverty.
