Puget Sound Energy (PSE) recently created a new COVID Bill Assistance Program, designed to help qualified customers facing financial struggle pay their utility bills.
Since launching the program in late April, PSE has distributed over $9 million directly to its customers to reduce or eliminate outstanding balances.

In 2020, we made over $9 million in bill assistance available to over 15,000 customers, and now we’re ready to do even more.”
