On April 5th, 2022, the North Bend City Council unanimously approved a resolution to set a Public Hearing date for the formation of the Meadowbrook Sewer Utility Local Improvement District (ULID). The resolution sets the Public Hearing date for May 17th, 2022 and will accept public comments by interested parties, including property owners within the ULID boundary.
The public hearing will be held during the regular City Council meeting, which will begin at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be in-person, with a hybrid participation option to occur by Zoom video conferencing. View the Public Hearing Notice HERE.
The ULID project area includes most of the western portion of the City limits that is not currently served by public sewer, which currently relies on septic drain fields. Some properties cannot be built upon without access to public sewer.
