At the June 7, 2022 City Council meeting, North Bend Councilmembers passed resolutions on a variety of community reinvestment projects, with an emphasis on pedestrian and vehicle transportation enhancements and repairs.
Councilmembers passed an amended resolution awarding the Annual Sidewalk Repair Project to RW Scott Construction. As part of a two-year program, these ongoing projects tackle sidewalk damage caused by trees that have outgrown narrow landscapes. Panels are being replaced and repaired to improve pedestrian safety and universal accessibility throughout town. The projects include:

All projects are expected to begin in the coming month, as summer heats up. Contractor crews shall be responsible for all traffic control during construction. Depending on the scope of work in each location, residents may expect minor traffic delays.
