City of North Bend Now Accepting Human Services and Community Organizations Grant Funding Requests

Human Services and Community Organizations Grant

The City of North Bend is now accepting grant funding requests from local human service and community organizations as part of the City’s 2023 budget cycle. Local non-profit 501C3 designated organizations that provide the following are encouraged to apply:

  • Human Services related to assisting individuals in meeting their basic needs of food, shelter, clothing, medical assistance, and safety from abuse
  • Community Services that enrich the city and its quality of life

Application requests must be received by September 2, 2022.  To find out more about the application process and requirements, please contact City Clerk Susie Oppedal by email at or by phone at 425-888-7627.

Human and community services grants are funded by the general fund, from monies which remain for discretionary funding after the base budget for 2023 has been met. Applicants that are awarded grant funding will be notified after City Council deliberation on the 2023 budget in late November/early December 2022.
