Results of a city-wide Community Survey were presented at the August 15 North Bend City Council meeting. The randomized, scientifically valid survey conducted in March and April provided residents with an opportunity to offer feedback on a variety of City services as well as general perceptions of the quality of life in North Bend.
Results from the Community Survey can provide guidance to the City on many fronts, including financial choices, service adjustments, direction of our City Council and Administration, and day-to-day work for city staff.
“Our success in delivering the right services to the community depends on the active involvement of our citizens,” commented Mayor McFarland. “This Community Survey is one way to grow public engagement and increase transparency, while also gathering local feedback that will help inform Council’s decisions.”
