Planned Power Outage This Friday for Select Tanner Electric Customers

Tanner Electric Cooperative is planning a power outage this Friday, January 11th from 11:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. for select locations. This service interruption is required to allow TEC crews to safely work to replace a tie switch for system Circuits 2 and 3 in North Bend. This switch was severely damaged during a recent wind storm.

The following streets and locations will be affected by this outage:

Mt Si Road and all connecting neighborhoods off the upper and lower Mt Si Rd

Edgewick Road and all connecting neighborhoods

Middle Fork Rd

Tanner Road

TA Truck Stop

All Tanner Electric members who live off the Cedar Falls Road

We anticipate the repairs to be completed within the scheduled time frame but ask customers to please keep in mind that they cannot always control unforeseen circumstances that could arise. If you have medical issues that will be compromised during the power outage, please make the necessary arrangements to ensure your health and safety while the power is out.

Tanner thanks everyone for your cooperation and apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this may cause their members.
