King County River and Floodplain Management Section will be repairing a portion of the Si View Levee along the right bank of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River beginning this fall between Monday, August 26th and Monday, October 14th. Once started, the project is anticipated to last approximately two weeks. This work is being completed as a service provider to the King County Flood Control District.
This 200-feet of repair will re-establish the levees containment function and reduce the risk of flooding of 50 homes in the Si View Neighborhood Park area in North Bend. Residents in this area should expect construction traffic and noise on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Map of Affected Area
