Sand and Sandbags Now Available for Flooding at Public Works Facility

Snoqualmie River is currently at Flood Phase 2, meaning that lowland flooding may occur. Currently, there are no roads closed in North Bend. The Park & Ride lot across from the Pour House is closed due to flooding.

The City’s Public Works Department will be monitoring roadways for any needed road closures. Residents who live in low-level areas that have experienced flooding in the past are encouraged to temporarily park their vehicles on higher ground.

If needed, the City offers sand and sandbags free of charge to North Bend residents, available at the Public Works Shop located at 920 SE Cedar Falls Way. Bring your own shovel and truck, we provide the sand and the bags. Public Works hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to noon.
