In honor of Earth Day, the City invites community members to join us for North Bend Beautification Days on April 21 and 22, starting at the North Bend Train Depot at 10:30 a.m. both days, with an Earth Day proclamation on April 22.
City Council and staff, the North Bend Downtown Foundation, Recology King County, local businesses, and many others are teaming up to clean areas of North Bend those same two days, and residents are invited to join in.
Please join Mayor Miller and community for her Earth Day proclamation at the Train Depot at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 22!
While you can gather at the Train Depot at 10:30 a.m. on either day to collect tools and talk about pickup with Recology, then clean up with us until 12 p.m., please feel free also to take this opportunity as an independent event, with no time constraints! If you choose to join in on your own time, simply grab some gloves and bags for recycling or trash and head out into your neighborhood or to your favorite park, river spot, or area you think needs some extra care – and help tidy up our city.
