[ARCHIVED] Help save lives at the North Bend City Hall Mobil Blood Drive

Blood Drive

According to Bloodworks Northwest, about every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood. A single blood donation can save up to three lives, and on April 8, residents will have a hyperlocal opportunity to be a part of a lifesaving volunteer event!

Bloodworks Northwest will host a mobile blood drive at the North Bend City Hall, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8. Blood donation takes about one hour. Sign up by clicking here: https://donate.bloodworksnw.org/donor/schedules/sponsor_code. Be sure to enter "444C" under Sponsor Code.

For the best possible donation experience, Bloodworks Northwest shares some pro tips:

  • Book your appointment ahead of time
  • Bring your photo ID with you to your appointment
  • Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch or salty snack before your appointment
  • Drink plenty of fluids before your appointment
  • Get a good night’s sleep before your appointment

Bloodworks Northwest cannot accept visitors under 16 to their donation site. Learn more about blood donation by visiting Bloodworks Northwest’s Frequently Asked Questions webpage.

The North Bend City Hall is located at 920 SE Cedar Falls Way. Thank you for helping to keep our local blood supply circulating!
