Public Disclosure Law
The city clerk’s office responds to public records requests under the provisions of the Washington State Public Disclosure Law (RCW 42.56). The law is intended to promote public access to information about the conduct of government at all levels.

Submitting a Request for Public Records
Requests may be submitted to the city clerk’s office by completing the Public Records Request Form. There is a $0.15 per page copying charge for paper records of more than five pages. View a list of additional fees related to public records requests.

Note: The City of North Bend does not maintain police records. For public disclosure requests, please visit the Snoqualmie Police Department.
