Submittal Requirements & Forms
To submit your Building Permit Application and all supporting materials to the City’s Permitting Department, click HERE. A staff member will confirm receipt of your application as soon as possible.
Applicants interested in the City of North Bend's "Registered Plan Program" should read the Registered Plan Program Document (PDF) to fully understand the requirements. This program will allow developers to register certain plans they intend to construct on multiple lots to allow for a quicker Building Permit turnaround time.
